Refund Policy
At Elite Class Wheels, customer satisfaction and trust are our top priorities. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued for our dispatch services.
1. No Upfront Charges
Elite Class Wheels does not collect any upfront payments. Our dispatch service fees are charged only after a load is successfully delivered and paid to the carrier. As such, refund situations are rare but are addressed below for clarity.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
You may be eligible for a refund only under the following conditions:
Billing Error: If you were charged incorrectly or for a service you did not authorize.
Duplicate Payment: If a payment was submitted more than once for the same load.
Service Dispute: If there is a documented failure in dispatch communication that resulted in loss of a confirmed load (case-by-case basis).
To request a refund, please contact us at eliteclasswheels@gmail.com within 7 days of the payment date. Include your company name, MC/DOT number, payment details, and a brief description of the issue.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued for the following:
Disputes related to rates or load payouts agreed upon before dispatch
Cancellation of loads due to driver or carrier-related issues
Missed loads due to delayed responses or unavailability from the carrier
Fees charged for completed and verified services
4. Refund Process
If a refund is approved:
It will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days
You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is processed
